Holy F! My iPod is driving me nuts!
It's insanely slooooooooooow. And of course half my apps no longer work. DH is looking into getting me a new one, which totally peeves me off since my is in great condition. Other than being out of date that is.
Guess DD will be inheriting my iPod for music. Will need to disconnect from the net of course though!

Get a new iPod Touch or a new iPad Mini 2. I had to "kill" my iPod Touch 4th gen that I bought for the kids because it was too slow and too small for the kids to use on their apps. I bought it refurbished from the apple store and it looked brand new when I got it. It was only used for a year until I got my iPad 4. Now my DD got her own iPad 4 for her own apps and my current iPad 4 which is now over 2 years old is going to my DS for his own personal apps. I am upgrading to an iPad Air 2 as I seem to notice Safari with multiple pages open tend to crash more now. Good Luck with your next Apple purchase!
I thought about getting an iPad mini but I really don't want anything very big. I like the iPod touch. It's handy.
Otherwise I can just go on the laptop for writing or needing to see things larger.
DD is only 6 so she doesn't need wifi or a lot of apps. I do have music for her (mostly Disney) and some reading, writing and puzzle apps. Just the basics.
My SIL wants to do a potluck and is looking for themes. Any suggestions?
Any of you ladies know a lot about hair??? I am getting my haircut tomorrow night and want something different....and am thinking of the something like the pic below. This wouldn't be hard to maintain/style would it? This would be the shortest I have ever gone though so don't know if I can pull it off, lol. But with the baby my hair is always up so no point in keeping it long and wearing it up and ugly all the time right?! :lol:

That's kind of the cut I have now except no bangs (i prefer middle part as opposed to side part) and a bit longer since its grown out a bit.
It really depends on your hair whether its easy or hard to maintain.
My hair is fairly curly when left to air dry so I find I have to blow dry and flat iron to get it to look right. I do sometimes leave it curly though also. It's just long enough now to get in a pony tail, which really helps when I don't have time.
I will say that with shorter hair babies have more to pull and hang on to. Just a thought. :)
Ahh I never thought of that, lol. I'm really loving this cut now too hrmmm. I'm just so sick of wearing my hair up all the time. And its way too long now to wear it down with her, hopefully this will be a happy medium, even if it does get yanked lol.
You can always get it cut just long enough to fit it in a pony but short enough to resemble the pic style.Quote:
