yup still up.. no book to read so that makes me sad... i have such an issue trying to find a new series to read... so i'm vaguely sorting through music, i'm not a big music person but i do know i have a 3-4hour drive next weekend and want something a bit more fresh... even if it contains music from the late 90's lol i just want something to blast that will end up giving me a headache for the drive (i've been doing a bit of that lately because.. well i have no kid)
St Patrick's weekend is here!! yippee...everything kicks-off today...we tuned the guitars and had a practice session last night...mostly Irish music (obviously!! lol) not really what I like but it's nice to hear the locals singing and playing....the festivities will continue through Tuesday (or maybe Wednesday). There will be A LOT of singing, playing, eating & drinking....this is a sample of the music but we pick the guitars

next weekend i have to go drive and pick miss toodle pants up from grammas (end of spring break) they live on the island i just have to drive up and either meet them half way or drive all the way up, spend the nnight then drive back.. i'm debating which route to go.. if i drive all the way up i can spend a night or two, see the changes they have done (they bought the house in the fall and my mom and dad have been doing a fair bit of work on stuff around the house) and also lets me change the tires over on my car... BUT if i do that i KNOW we wont go up for easter... BUT if i meet half way i may consider going up for easter in two weeks and the easter bunny will hide eggs all over their house (which they will still be finding 2 weeks later i'm sure lol)Quote:

morning everyone -its a dull looking day out there -but hey life is good -I get to watch my granddaughter 3 times this week and hubby is off work-so we my take her to the mall
