So I tried using 4 of the $3 off Colgate Pro-Sensitive coupons at Uniprix today and the manager refused them 3 of them.
He said it was Uniprix's policy to only accept one per person per today. I asked for a coupon policy, but he said he didn't have one. He was really rude to me and insisted the registers couldn't even register more than one (even though I've already used multiple coupons at that location).
So my question is, what should i do?

Go to the Uniprix website and write to head office/customer service. Don't know which Uniprix this was but I was refused internet printed coupons on Newman... wrote to head office and they wrote back confirming they DO accept them. I carry the printed version of that email with me now. (But I still haven't figured out how to pdf the ENTIRE email while editing out my personal info, otherwise I would've posted it here already.)
Writing to head office will trickle down, I received an email from the Newman location's Manager not long ago. Funny thing, when I went there last week to get the free Multibionta... the cashiers STILL weren't aware of it.Last edited by Tbites; Wed, Oct 19th, 2011 at 11:55 PM.

I hate uniprix, they always make their own rule. Mine wont give me rain check on item, the manager told me once to come back every day of the week to see if they receive the item on sale. Thank god for price matching!!!

It was the one at Guy/Maisonneuve downtown.
I think I will contact the head office now that I know it might make a difference.

wow, I was going to go there tonight but decided to go to another one instead. Thank goodness. I had heard that the one you went to was good with coupons, though? Weird...And he's obviously wrong, as I just used three coupons in one transaction at another Uniprix
Definitely write.

I got an answer from Uniprix today! They completely ignored everything I said about the manager at the location, but they sent me the coupon policy, so at least I can bring it to prove him wrong.
Here's the email she sent me:
Cordialement

P.S.: The toothpaste was at $3.99, so $0.99 cents per tube. And as anyone with sensitive teeth will tell you, that's a great deal!!

The Uniprix in Pincourt is really good with coupons. Never tried the raincheck there. And why is it that this many couponners go to the same stores as me but I've yet to see any of you. It would be nice to meet a fellow SC'er. Guess the couponning world is not so small after all....

Well at least you got an answer. Print that sucker out and wave it in the manager's face!
