Every time I try to do this, as soon as I hit submit , it always says "session expired, try again" and I try and the same thing happens. Does this happen to anyone else?

I didn't have any troubles. I wonder if clearing your cache might help?

On March 1,2015, 4000 points awarded on a newer Optimum card, but not the older card.

The older card participated in the promo in 2014 so maybe that's why it was not awarded. The card that received the 4000 points was a new Optimum card in 2014 and no promos were ever used on it.

Check your account.

rocko posted that she got her points on 1 of her cards yesterday though. So I was just kind of asking if they were supposed to go on yesterday or today.
