Vileda Scrunge Overload at IGA

I had these B1G1 free Vileda Scrunge coupons burning in my coupon binder. One week before they expire, IGA were selling them for 99 cents. Had 6 coupons so I got 12 boxes. This was a month ago.

Yesterday, they still have a ton of them, so I got 10 boxes. Told DH about it. Said to go get some more because we use them and they don't go bad.

Went there today and rescued them all because it's been there for over a month and no one wants them. This is an IGA in a neighbourhood where english nor french is their first language. They don't know about name brand products.

Check guys carefully, we may get an even better deal. Went to go at my IGA to see if there was the same deal. Saw a whole bunch of them but didn't say the price was marked down.

So what I did is grabbed one of ea and went to the price scanner to check how much. I had only 1 BOGO coupon but had a whole bunch of 1$. They all scanned same price as tagged on the display except for the single pkg. It wouldn't even give a price.

But the pack of 2 scanned at 1.29! Minus the 1$ coupon that's 0.29 for 2. So I got 3 and when I got home, inside the box was another coupon of 1$. So needless to say, I have a few now hehe ; ) and shared some with dear mum.
