Well the lamb was great, fall of the bone, rich delicious broth.
When the recipe calls for a whole bottle of wine, you can't go very wrong.

I used a Yellow Tail Shiraz, not a very good wine, it was a mistake to save myself a glass for dinner.
I will use better wine next time.

Saving it overnight allowed me to skim off a lot of fat. That was a plus.
Added a few crushed chili flakes to mine after a bit, I like the heat.
I will make a few tweaks and should be a regular.

Just in time for the cold weather.
