My MIL gave me her mother's pressure cooker about 25 years ago... I never knew how to use it so I took the insert out (still have it) and I've used the pot itself at the boat ever since as a "heavy" pot.... it's great for rice, popcorn, potatoes, etc, but I've never used it as an actual pressure cooker...

i've never used a pressure cooker.
looking at that recipe is says cooking time is only 20 mins?! yow!
The pressure cooker takes a while to get up to pressure, and then time to cool.
What is weird is the results are like a slow cooker, but fast.
Cheap cuts of meat come out very tender, fall off the bone.
I had a pressure cooker a long time ago and loved it, but also afraid to use it so sold it at a garage sale. I sure wish I had kept it now.
