Can't print coupons on Websavers anymore.....

Since their new website launched, I m unable to print any coupons! Just wondering if its happening to other people too. My printer is working normally, so I m sure its not the printer problem. Their confirmation page says the coupon is being sent to my printer, but nothing gets printed and the printer status shows no data. which means nothing is being sent to the printer at all!! when I go back to the main page, the coupon is gone!! They system thinks I already printed it!! Its getting annoying.

I chose NOT to print because of the warning about the java or some other thing that they want you to use to print their coupons. Mt virus protection warns against allowing them, so I listened to that. I can live without a couple of printable coupons

The expiry dates and border are all blurry on my prints. The rest of the coupon is clear.

Dashed off an email to them cause my computer won't load Java and after reading about it ...I won't try again. Dissappointing!

Coupons in general are disappointing this year. Nothing like it used to be.

Are you able to get the data to your printer? Or its the java problem?

I printed them. Using Java 1.6 (Very old version) and latest version of Chrome.

I can no longer directly print from Explorer. I have to go in through Chrome to select and print them. They then do not print but and email gets sent saying 'if you had a problem click through this link. I go back to Explorer and click the link, log into WebSavers and then they print out.

Last year when I was printing all of the time I had major problems with my laptop. I ended up buying an anti virus program and am not able to print even when following all of the steps after emailing them. I've given up on it.

updated, got the coupon to print finally with some help from my bf. He did something with the printer and the pc, not sure what he did, but at the end was able to print from the alternate link in the email. The coupon in the main page still don't seem to be working.
