no trains are not specific to any region.....you must contact me before you just start a thread to host a train of this type.....these are NOT COUPON TRAINS they are PACKAGE TRAINS where you send the actual item not a coupon...

No, I'm not. I asked to be removed because when the rules came out the conductor specified no trade ratings under 25. Also, I thought it would run closer to Christmas. Turns out it is running now and I'm leaving in a few days for the states and will be away for a couple of weeks, just bad timing to be able to give my buddy/this train the proper attention.
