installed windows 10 on laptop and now windows wont load.
Without a bootable OS, you'll likely need either the recovery or installation media to boot from. Which build are you using to do the install? Get in to your BIOS and restore to default settings. Afterwards ensure that you are in AHCI mode. Probably somewhere in SATA or Hard drive properties. Also have all of your drives hooked up from the get go that you want. Boot from USB, format SSD, and install. Disable any quick/fast boot options too. I had similar issues when I enabled fast boot.
This might be a blessing in disguise though i.e. an opportunity for you to do a clean install of a stable version of Win 7 or 8. Hopefully you backed up your files onto an external drive?

Here in the UK if anyone has Windows 7 or above the upgrade to Windows 10 is FOC, must be crap, otherwise why are they giving it away???? I am still using XP, better the devil you know!
.
Thanks for pointing it out but I use Trusteer and AVG and Piri to keep my computer safe, worked well so far.
@AddyB ...AVG, Trusteer over bloated Norton and McAfee any bloody day :top:
I updated to win10 on my laptop, works great
I did and I love it
so much better than windows 8!
of course, will, love new stuffs and kind of fan of it
Had some time this weekend, so I decided to click that big upgrade button after 3 months of stability (crossing my fingers)...
- ASUS laptop.... had a problem with the wifi before, the upgrade did not fix it.
- Lenovo netbook.... keyboard spits out numbers sequentially over and over again as I type.
- MSI laptop.... lost the use of the trackpad. Tried uninstalling Synaptic trackpad software.... Windows automatically reinstalled it. After several hours, I tinkered with the deactivate option when the mouse is found. Apparently it's mislabled. It's working.

Goes without saying...avoid Win 10 for now
