The seasoning alone is great if you can find a good sale on tortillas. I will probably get DH to make chicken quesadillas with mine. All we need is chicken, cheese, tomatoes, tortillas, and the seasoning. (DH usually adds onions and peppers to his but I don't like them) he cooks up and seasons the chicken, puts it on the tortilla, covers it with cheese and whatever veggies we are using, then covers it with a 2nd tortilla and puts it in the oven under the broiler until toasted/crispy (no idea how long but keep a close eye because it will burn quickly). Once it's ready he cuts it in quarters with a pizza cutter. I like mine served up with a little sour cream to dip in.
