Payless Shoes 7 dollar deal sale

The teachers were striking today in Montreal and since it was raining I took my little one to the mall. I was price comparing rain boots for the fall and happened upon the 7 dollar clearance sale at pay less, everything with a red tag was 7 dollars regardless of what is written on the red tag and it just started today. This was at the Place Versailles store but the woman hinted that it was a company wide sale and the first of it's kind in Canada. I went a little crazy..and bought 3 pair for myself and 1 pair for my daughter for a whopping total of 32 dollars including taxes. A lot of it was summer related clearance but I snagged a pair of tennis shoes that retail for 50 bucks and a pair of work shoes perfect for fall. I am very tempted to visit other payless outlets as I eyed a pair of shoes that looked comfortable that weren't available in my size anymore. I also saw some rainboots on clearance but none in my daughters size.

This wasn't an outlet. It was a regular payless store in a typical mall in the east side of MTL Quebec. I haven't visited other stores but I probably will. At 7 dollars each I would like another pair of tennis shoes for work. These were only the red tagged boxes, which means clearance priced when they no longer have all the sizes of those shoes. Good luck and let me know if you find this deal elsewhere.

Great deal. Thanks, I just checked my Payless(Hillside Mall, Victoria) they have a stack of children's shoes for $7 at front of store and very few adult shoes for $7, but great shopping if you have small kids.
