I have a question for the Kellogg's Gas for Cash $5 gc rebate. For somebody in Ontario when sending in the 3 box tops is it just the 2 flaps from the top like the picture I've posted below? or does it need to specially marked stating the promo?

Just the 1 top flap (as you have pictured). I have not seen any specially marked boxes and have received $5 MC GC from this promo

Yes, it's just a prepaid Mastercard and you can use it anywhere Mastercard is accepted. You just have to tell the cashier to charge $5 on the card - if they try to charge more, it won't go through. I've used the cards mostly for groceries.
