Sunlight laundry Soap - Pin Codes on caps

It's been 2 1/2 months since I wont 2 things and mailed a envelope back to them with two pin numbers that wouldn't work. So I emailed them 2 weeks ago no answer as of yet, called and they said they have no idea what is happening. Not to happy just hope it comes soon.

I entered a PIN and it said to contact customer service. I did, and they said they would reset the PIN and contact me with what I won. It has been a week, and nothing.

I got 2 FPC's in the mail this week but I'm going to hold onto them until Sunlight goes on sale somewhere for B1G1 free. That way I'm guaranteed to get 2 bottles instead of taking my chances on a PIN where I could easily "win" another Lion King DVD coupon.
