My ultimate comfort food is hamburger helper. I usually get the cheesy hamburger one, and 3 cheese manicotti . I don't like venturing out

Does anyone have any variation or recipes to change them up? I'd love to hear other ways to try it.

I love them without meat, it's almost like a cheese soup. I probably sound insane.. but it's really good (I've used this with the Manicotti one)

Also with ground turkey, and on buns with deli roast beef.

I have tried making my HH like a casserole. I prepare it then put it into a casserole dish and top with shredded cheese and bread crumbs. It comes out like a baked mack n cheese. Everyone loves it! HH also goes well with frozen mixed veggies. I just throw in some during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
I am looking for quick trades for my pre-surgery stock up!

I think that adding bacon and cheese would be good! I also like putting in some brocoli or some veg before we serve it.
