Very curious to know how cashiers know this when managers still don't know. I'm still waiting for my friend/store manager to give me the word.

My cashier yesterday told me it was going to be $210 for 95k points. She knew nothing about it being loaded to your card. She told me it was the last weekend in November.

An SDM cosmetician told me end of the month, although didn't give a date. The cosmeticians seem to get promo/redemption info in advance - maybe to make sure there's enough stock for beauty promos and for redemptions, since a lot of people seem to use their points for beauty products.

A manager just told me there will be a redemption on November 28th and 29th. I got no other details re: levels but it sounded like it was a flyer promo not personalized offers.

I had 3000 something points which was 'stolen' by my bro couple of days ago but I owed him 6000 so its technically not considered stolen. I gave all my points away to my bro and now sits at zero! I rarely collect points so I was thinking of cancelling it as there seems to be not points of having it.

Why not give your card to your bro? It's better to have 2 cards than 1. You can choose the better weekly offers between the 2 cards. You'll get 4000 points on your birthday even if you don't use the card at all.

Before you get hopes up, some people report that they don't get the 4k Birthday points... And you do have to make a purchase to get the points - even if it's a 1 cent purchase - the coupons says with your next purchase - no minimum is given.

So, tell your bro he needs to spend those points buying something for you!

Oh good to know. My birthday comes in Jan and i got 8000 free pts at the start of this year. Didnt have to make any purchase at that time. But they changed a lot of things during this summer, i guess. But still it's good.

I have reached my top reward level and I have been waiting for a redemption day (double redemption cash value) so that I could buy a laptop for Christmas for my family.
