Thanks everyone for your input.....they made me feel horrible today, by snooping into my acct. and treating me like a scammer. I ven said that I don't want to use my optimum cards.

I don't understand how they snooped in your account?

The computer rejected you saying that you had done it more than once? Or was it a staff member who verbally told you that? They could be just bluffing. I don't think they even have the technology for that. Even at head office, when you specifically tell them what you bought, they can't even be certain.

So I have the bogo coupon. Plus the coupon for bonus points. It's always 10x the points today for the shampoo. And I have 4000 points WUS $30. Can these all be used?

I was making the purchase at the beauty counter and the manager was able to log into my Optimum transaction history and tell me that I had already purchased 1 set on one card and 2 sets on another card and that its limited to one per person and I can not keep printing the coupon and use it over and over again
I am not going to call head office and start a red alert for the sake of others because they will support their own staff and blow me off saying its one coupon per person even though it does not mention the limit anywhere on the coupon itself.

Did you give them both cards? How would they know what u purchased on other accounts? It just doesn't make sense to me. I would go to another store for sure.

They did look it up, since I said "no" initially to having purchased any when they mentioned the limit, and they caught my bluff.....I might try a different store later if the deal is still available and will not give my Optimum card.

I gave them 2 sets of Dessange, 2 printouts and 2 sets of Optimum and Master cards.....probably would have been better to do one at a time, any time there is a high value coupon some store ppl treat it as if its coming straight out of their pockets

Oh I see... Yep go to different store and don't show cards. That's BS and wrong on all levels. I would feel violated.. Lol

Nope, never printed the 1000 points coupon at all, so they are getting tech savvy, the beauty manager looked it all up on an iPad.....Big brother is watching everywhere

You know gets me, is even with the coupon, you are still PAYING 12.99 for 200mls of shampoo that no one has even heard of. That is OVER $60 a litre. Even a salon brand like biolage is just over $20 a litre at sdm. Without the coupon they wouldn't be selling this stuff at all.
