My local Uniprix flyer says that selected Nivea products range from $1.49 to $20.99. It's pretty obvious that the lip balm is the one at $1.49, but is there any way to prove it so I can PM it at WM?

Usually they require an exact price to PM. They don't accept a price range

This would totally defeat the point, but you could buy one lip balm and show them the dated receipt. An even better solution is to borrow the receipt from someone else who has just purchased it. It would be proof, but I'm not sure if it's acceptable proof.
Either way, it's a whole lot of effort.
