    I was super bummed to not get the MWW flyer this week! ONLY WEEK I haven't gotten it since we've lived here! I had some stuff to buy, that was a good enough amount of money (close to $100) so I was looking forward to getting this mug freebie!

    So of course, I don't get the flyer. I hoped they would honour it in store, but the girl wouldn't. I shot them an email saying I was bummed and that they should have some in store coupons for people who don't get the coupon, even if they took a photo copy of my license to keep the '1 per address' thing. I'm not out to rip them off, I just wanted one too!!!

    They emailed me saying to send them my mailing addy and they're sending me a mug!!! I'm so, so impressed!!! I really like that store. DH goes through a lot of work wear, so we shop there often! I'm so happy that they have amazing customer service! Definitely makes me feel better about spending so much there!

    I work for them! The girl should have given it to you! They do not keep the coupons or send them to head office like they claim. I'm glad customer service helped you.

    That's what I thought! I mean, geeze, it's not like I was spending the bare minimum either. I spend close to $100 on 2 pieces! Oh well! I'm sure if I would have spoken to one of the older ladies, they would have helped but at 8 months pregnant, I just don't have the energy for that!

    Yea I definitely don't put up a stink as long as people are buying the required amount we can just scan another coupon (there are always some lying around at cash)

    I'd be happy to mail you one of my coupons, just not sure it would get to you by the expiry of Nov 20th. Let me know by pm and I will pop it in the mail if you think it would make it to you. Then you could get 2 mugs. Is that bad?
    My husband and I each got one but they are to go into gift baskets, we're not even keeping one for us.

    I didn't get my flyers this week either.

    I think they pick and choose there who to give the extra cards to, it turned me off their store a while ago. I'm in line and the cashier see a friend and gives her the discount card. I ring in and ask if I can have the discount too and she said no were out. All a sudden huh.

    Glad you are getting a mug.
    I haven't shopped their since.

    yes they have very good customer services.
    i bought a winter jacket last month and i knew there was a $10 off coupon when you spend $50 but i didn't have it. The cashier told me that if there's any promo within the same month of my purchase i can bring the receipt and the coupon back and they will honor it so a week later i found the $10 coupon and came back to the store hehehe
