Has anyone had success with this promotion. I submitted on my phone and never heard back. So I did it again two days ago on the computer - still nothing. They say you should hear back within 48 hrs. It only asked for your e-mail and picture of a receipt. Is there someone you can call?

I did it twice this week and heard back in less than 24 hours. Might be worth contacting them

I did one this week & also had a reply within 24 hrs.
