I went to the "cheap" grocery store today (No Frills) and my bill was still 150.00 bucks with price matching. I don't even want to think about how much my bill would have been if I went to RCCS.
At least I earned 20.00 in PC points to help cover the $50-60.00 worth of stuff we still need that NF doesn't sell.
There's some positive things going on, because of the loonie having less value. The US cities that had snow birds flying down every year, are hurting. Myrtle Beach is now having 1 US $ EQUAL to 1 Canadian $. And Air Canada is having flight specials in March. March. When the flights were always high during March Break.

#saveitfwd Twitter Party. There is a twitter event tonight at 8pm put on by save.ca to talk about the rising cost of groceries, share some advice on how to cut down your weekly grocery bill and ask you to share your own. Sounds like there will be prizes as well.
