How active are you?

I garden. chase two kids. I try to get out to walk the dogs - I usually take them each out separately, as it's easier for me to train them that way, but I haven't been very good lately at doing that

I guess I stay in fairly good shape - I go through spurts of motivation for fitness - so I end up doing weight training at the gym consistently for about 3 months every year... Better than not at all, I suppose...

Proud of of all of you,,, ACTIVE is not really in my vocabulary lately,,, recieved my pedometer from crystal light,,,, not active enough to attach it to my waist...... have become a computer junkie since I stumbled onto this site LOL
