The good old days of combining coupons. I think if it's bonus ponts at the store you can combine it with a coupon, but if the cashier has to put the code in, won't the lowest point offer supercede the latter one?

Today my total is $38.49 after (2) $1 highliner coupons ,coupon didn't go through, so put another $2 stuff and I got my bonus 8000 points.
I learned in this transaction, total should match after coupons!

Today I spent 46.00 Before coupons and only paid 34.97 after coupons and had a the bonus offer of spend 40 or over and get 20x and I got the points I was under my 40.00 Using coupons. I got my full points no problem. Base points 460 total for the shop 9200.

Only "when you spend" offers do not combine. "When you spend" offers combine with you separate product offers.

Thanks! What coupon code was used on the receipt? I'm planning to use my 20x coupon tomorrow.

Today my total before coupons was $43.20 (including some juice deposits), after coupons coded at 2001 my total was $36.20 - my base points was 420 and my bonus coupons applied like a hot damn!

This is interesting... I wonder why you didn't get your points.

Last night I used a 20x wus $30 and when the items rang up, the subtotal was about $29 (some items were cheaper than priced on the shelf) and a popup appeared saying I didn't reach the minimum to use the coupon (I only loaded the 20x wus $30 coupon). I was able to grab another item to reach $30.

I wonder if this popup is new?

Second transaction, $75 subtotal, $2 in coupons, again, 750 base, 18500 bonus, and 3000 vib. I also had a 20x wub $30 coupon loaded on my card, so I thought if the 18500 doesn't work that one would.

I had a coupon of 22k WUS $100 and brought the total below $100 with coupons. It did work and I got all the points!

So yesterday I did a Spend 50.00 get 20x the points mobile offer. I went in and before coupons was 50.00 exactly and 500 base points. After coupons was 29.15 still 500 base points. I loaded the offer the day I got it and when the order was finished the coupon didn't go through. So today I called the 1800 number and I did have to explain the coupons are counted as cash. She said sorry and the points will be added in the next couple hours. It is a glitch and it happened to me.

I think* what is likely causing this issue is the shoppers POS system.
It seems theres possibly different versions of the software (some shoppers update more frequently than others perhaps?)
Like i was saying for almost a year now almost always problems with coupons counting towards total on personal offers)
ofcourse this thread is about non personal but it doesnt surprise me.
I did however figure out of the 3 shoppers in my city one actually counts the coupons all the time so far. so i switched shopping there even though i hate that location.

That may be why its working for some and not others.
and if thats the case eventually it wont work at all for any once they finally update there systems (once shoppers head office demands they do lol!)
unless ofcores it was a simple programming mistake in the pos update but i doubt it.
