@tjthemanto Our household won't qualify as one person's income would put the family out of reach. I'm just trying to get phantom power down but turning off the power bar(s) causes too much anger at home. But too many devices in one power bar just is taking kWh each month that we could save on. I was looking at the hydro bill and last month was 15 kWh less than July.

They have improved their website and made it easier to upload documents,apply etc.

I am pretty sure lot of government rebates & credits go under utilised because they make it so complicated & confusing to apply in the first place.
