Lowes Ancaster open

As indicated in a transit shelter ad seen at Todd & Wilson St. W.
When you go to www.lowes.ca/ancaster you get to sign-up for their newsletters (general or contractor/pro or both).

The street address is 100 Portia Drive at the roundabout just east of the Ancaster Toyota (and past the local Walmart Smart Centre).

Opening date not yet known. Likely this month or early Feb? Anyone have the 411?

Went to store site. Windows are covered but there is a gap sufficient to see that tops of racks have stock on them.

Store hours sign: Mon-Fri 6am-10pm; Sat. 7am-8pm and Sun 8am-6pm. I may have erred on weekend closing hours.

No opening date shown on doors.

Ad in today's Spectator mentions opening is next Thursday. Lowes' website link is updated to list the Grand Opening week promotions and freebies:

Second flyer for new store shows another round of freebies for the earlybirds Thurs-Sunday. Not sure if I can wait in line 1h for a $25 gift card tomorrow (though I'd like to try out an LED bulb).

This weekend is round 2 of the giveaways. I did not get up early this morning due to last night's long walks.

Third weekend of flyer giveaways but considering how cold it's been, I would not have ventured out by foot for any one freebie (no gift cards this weekend).
