Hi guys, before you tell me to go read the FAQ's on the website or anything else that is obvious please know that I have already read everything there, tried a different browser, updated all my Adobe players, removed ad-blockers, googled the issue and whatever else I can think of over the past 2 weeks but I cannot print my Smartsource.ca coupons anymore. I suspect an update of some kind as I never had problems before but now when I try to print, my printer simply spits out a blank sheet with the page number on the bottom so I know Adobe is receiving SOMETHING, just not the images of the coupons. Anybody had this problem before?
Thank you,

'.....my printer simply spits out a blank sheet with the page number on the bottom.."
The same problem commonly experienced by me, friends & family. Java did an update on January 19th and now there is an out of sync. Java does not completely & properly remove old versions of itself. Or there is a compatibility issue between Adobe Reader & Java because of residual files after updates.
Cleanest way is to completely remove the following, restart your computer and then re-install:
- Java
- Adobe Reader DC
We discovered that even though we were on the right versions of Java or Adobe Reader DC, there was always some incompatibility after the update. Thus, my recommendation to full remove & reinstall.
Hope this helps. Let us know outcome.

A MILLION REP FOR ROCKCO!!!!!! The java update was the problem. Went into Control Panel and Programs to uninstall and there was "Java update Version 8 Update 71" right on the list. Uninstalled the update and Adobe Reader DC, restart, reinstalled Adobe Reader DC, restart, Voila! Printing coupons again. It's just a shame that now Smartsource thinks I printed off all those coupons twice but I never got them
Thanks Rockco!!!!

Tips & Tricks:
Often, I need more than 2 prints. So I deinstall Java & Adobe DC Reader, and then install. This seems to reset something and I'm able to print again.
Also, if you print INCOGNITO and/or as GUEST (Setup a few Guests in Chrome), you can print additional sets of the coupon per guest (eventually reaching the maximum).

@theexxx , as I re-read your update, it appears you're not on the latest Java update. You are best to stay with the most current Java version, otherwise, you'll have future print problems, or experience other issues that need latest version of Java.
Take the time to de-install the old Java version via the CONTROL PANEL, download & install newest Java. Removing the old Java manually, then doing a clean update resolves all issues under the newest Java version.
The latest Adobe Reader DC works with the newest Java version. It was just the java update process is not clean, thus, the delete & re-install works a lot better.
Happy Printing!

Hello Rockco. I find Java such a pain!! There are times when I update Java and then a bunch of my other programs don't work either. I try and stick to whatever version im using that works until something doesn't and then I update to the newest version hoping that they have the bugs worked out of it before I start using it. Thank you for the tips on the Guest / Incognito thing. I tend to use Chrome the most but find that Firefox does the trick if Chrome won't

In general it is best to keep not only Java for printing and security reasons but Adobe products too especially Adobe Flash.
Java:
http://www.java.com/en/
Adobe Flash Player:
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Other Adobe products that are good to keep updated but shouldn't be needed for coupon are printing are:
Adobe Shockwave Player:
https://get.adobe.com/shockwave/
Adobe Reader should be kept updated for Smart Source:
https://get.adobe.com/reader/
Adobe Air is needed for some Save.ca coupons:
https://get.adobe.com/air/
Update all of these using Internet Explorer! Google Chrome should update them automatically. After you update them in Internet Explorer, check to see (If you use Firefox) that your FF plugins are up to date too. Sometimes Firefox has a different version for things that are needed for the coupon printing to work if you use it.Last edited by Hoser; Sat, Feb 13th, 2016 at 08:20 PM.
