10004-103A Ave (in front of the CN Tower) - there are about 5 free parking spots on site.
If you have never heard of it google Edmonton Reuse Center for hours and information. (its on the city's website).
I only took one while I was there yesterday, but they did have a big stack.
This place is great for craft stuff if you have kids. Ton's of things like cardboard tubes, beads, just random stuff, and you pay $5 no matter what you take.
