LD Windermere-P.M. and Stacking

Was just wondering if anyone has been to the Windermere LD lately and tried to price match and stack. Heard a few rumblings about some policy modifications, at the ' store level' and not company wide. How have they been treating couponers? Thanks

From what I've read on here, it doesn't sound like couponers haven't been treated well, and in a lot of cases, have been refused their stacks. I haven't gone there just because of all the things I have read.

It used to be the only place I went to..never been there for over 2 months. They only price match one thing and was very sticky about my stacks the last few times i went

They said that if it says "cant be combined with any other COUPON offer" then they wont take it. but otherwise they will. remember the word "coupon"

I was told that they will no longer take any coupon that says can not be combined with any other offer. I left empty handed and haven't gone back. This was the manager that told me that after he had rung in my order and I had handed him my coupons. Then he showed me an insert where every coupon said that and he said they'd no longer be stacking quantum coupons and other popular ones like that I haven't gone back

I was there last night, (I hardly shop there as I live in the west end but pop into other locations if they are on our way to or from a hockey arena, gotta combine my kids activities and couponing) and I stack 3 different Cascade Enviro bathroom tissue coupons, the wording on them is 'cannot be combined with any promotional offer', the cashier read each one thoroughly and processed them without hesitation.
I read on Frugal Edmonton Mama that Windemere was no longer accepting the stacks for Scrubbing bubbles products.

The last time I was there, the cashier politely informed me that they will not allow stacking if the coupon contains the words "strictly prohibited" (P&G) or "in conjunction with" I'll stick to WEM- they are so good to us!

Yup, I was told no stacking any coupon that says:

- "Strictly prohibited" (no new news there)
- "Cannot be combined with any coupon offer" AND
- "Cannot be combined with any other offer"

Which to me equals = pretty much every coupon out there and certainly not worth the hastle. I have laid off couponing and price matching pretty much completely as a result. It is just the latest in a long line of harassments, eye rolls, messes, disasters, and piss offs that have left me wondering if all the hard work I do is worth it. i know, you need thick skin to do it, but i think the busier i am getting, the thinner my skin is getting....its getting too hard...I am flying the white for a bit. I hate being deemed as "one of those". I never thought it would bother me...but I have gotten beat down over time.
