DRAWING AND PRIZE
There is one weekly prize (“Weekly Prize”) available to be won for each week of the Contest Period for a total of four (4) Weekly Prizes. A random draw will be held on November 28, 2011 of all eligible entries received during the period starting at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 20, 2011 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 27, 2011. A random draw will be held on December 5, 2011 of all eligible entries received during the period starting at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on November 28, 2011 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 4, 2011. A random draw will be held on December 12, 2011 of all eligible entries received during the period starting at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on December 5, 2011 and ending at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on December 11, 2011. A random draw will be held on December 19, 2011 of all eligible entries received during the period starting at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on December 12, 2011 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 18, 2011. The name drawn for each weekly draw will be the potential winner of a Weekly Prize of one million (1,000,000) Capital One reward miles (estimated value of up to ten thousand dollars ($10,000)) or ten thousand dollars ($10,000). The draws will be held at 470 Hardy Road, Brantford, Ontario, N3V 6T1. Entries from any given week do not remain valid for the remainder of the Contest Period. If a winner is a Capital One customer with a non-cobrand credit card they have two options: 1) Capital One rewards miles can be credited to their account; 2) they can accept the cash option. If a winner is a non-customer as defined above, they have two options: 1) they can apply for a Capital One non-cobrand credit card, and upon approval we will credit their account with the Capital One rewards miles; 2) they can accept the cash option.

(and obviously its also not tokyo japan being week 1 answer)
