So after a long day having so much fun coupon swap and shopping, i had to head out one more time @ 10 pm to get some milk for the week, decided to go to a 24 hour shopper on 97 st to check out what they have for my mega redemption coming soon Btw, still haven't decide what to get yet...

Then I see a SOF right beside it, never been there and decided to check it out, since they are closing @ 11pm, it was quiet, So I started chatting with the cashier about coupons and stacking, and she said they all had training and are aware we can stack so I grab couple things and tried it out, it was so easy and painless. The cashier was so nice and knows what she is doing !! I am so excited, after so many turn down and disappointment at other SOF locations. I plan to go back when i am organized for more next time, and I love that they close @ 11pm, I can shop after kids go to bed, yay

After all the chatting about the SOF's at the swap, that is awesome to hear. Was it the one in Namao centre? Just north of the No Frills?

I used to manage the Timmys across the parking lot. I almost don't want to go just because of who I might see there. ALMOST.... Thanks for letting us know!

I've also had luck at the SOF on Gateway and 34ave. The cashier was super nice, took my stack, and explained to me what they were being told about coupon stacking.

The Hamptons SOF is very coupon friendly as well. I have never had an issue there as long as you are following their coupon stacking policy you will be fine and they will stack

This would be the Mayfield Common location. And yes, I shop there often, Kathy is great (she always jokes with me that her till is closed because she doesn't want to read my stacks but she is very nice.) I prefer to shop first thing in the morning as it is not busy. And as the above poster said, if you follow their policies, you'll be good.
I was just there and got some Dove products for my backpack donations for 25 cents a piece, yay!

Thanks for noting about the Stoney Plain location. I tried the Hampton location once with amazing success but don't want to drive that far. I would love to stack at the Mayfield location because it is so close to my house. Last time I checked (months ago) they had no clue what I was talking about. So now that I'm back - I'll have to visit Kathy in the mornings Thanks for sharing!

While we're on the topic of fav cashiers, Rachel (older with glasses) at the Stoney Plain Walmart is the best cashier for coupons. She usually works mornings. LOVE her - she's super friendly. I've had a lot of luck by putting everything non-coupon on the belt first and then line up my products with coupons at the end so she knows what coupons go with what. Saves time and questions
I'm no longer couponing and my dogs have passed away. I can't figure out how to delete my profile. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I love the SOF near our home on the west end. They are super nice and always ask each cashier tells you the way that works the best for them to use the coupons... so easy and soo painless, especially for a new couponer like myself :D

Ok, but don't they have a very restrictive coupon policy where any coupon that states "cannot be combined with any other offer" can't be stacked? There are very few coupons that don't have that wording, although I have a few, but not stacks...

    http://forum.smartcanucks.ca/246374-...-foods-canada/

"• Stacking isn’t allowed if the fine print says: Use of more than one manufacturer coupon per product is
strictly prohibited or if wording states “cannot be combined with other offers”"

    So what can you stack?

So as promised, I went back again tonight after the kids went bed. Total bill was about $50 and OOP was about $22 . I made sure all my coupons followed their rules, a little sad that some great stacking coupon have "can not combine with any other offers", so i didn't even try to use them, oh well, it's still better than nothing . The cashier I had was different than the one I had yesterday, but again was great. He was so sweet and congratulate me on my big savings

Oh, and I even shared my Gillet body wash coupon with a lady, they were on sale for $2.50, and with $2 off, it's only $0.50, she was pretty happy and asked how I organized my coupon and if it really helped with cutting down my bills, I was very happy to tell her "oh yes, significantly "

I'm planning a trip to save on in the morning and am a little nervous about stacking rules. Any tips?
