Eligible Applicants


  • Have a maximum household annual gross income of $60,000
  • Must reside in Peel Region (Brampton, Caledon or Mississauga)
  • Own their own home, with a maximum value of:
    • Brampton: $487,165
    • Caledon: $685,189
    • Mississauga: $546,203

  • Require renovations or repairs in at least one of the following areas:
    • Accessibility
    • Fire Safety
    • Structural
    • Electrical
    • Plumbing
    • Heating
