    Yesterday I got some Bear Paws at Walmart, and just a few other items. I didn't realize until I got home that the girl rang the box in twice. It's only $2 something but I still want my money back! I hate that I didn't notice...but what are the chances if I go back with just the receipt that they will refund it? I have no proof...

    chances are high that they will refund. It is only 2 dollars and it would be offensive to decline your request, it would imply that they think you are a 2 dollar scammer, it's easier to refund you.

    I've had it happen, I've just called the store when I realized it, and then stopped at Customer Service the next time I was there and they fixed it.

    Oh yes - they will definitely give you back your $2.00 Usually, when I notice that sort of thing, and I am at home, I will call the store - talk to someone and take down their name. Then when I go, there is no problem because I have evidence that I DID report it on time and DO have someone's name.

    Its happened to me so many times at Walmart - I always check my receipt now before i walk away from the register. But yes they will refund it - they have done it for me at least 20 times

    I had that happen to me at LD...they refunded it no problem. I was super worried about it, but I had no problems. I would definetly go back.
