If you click the "more info" button on the save.ca or walmart.ca page it displays an advertisement mentioning Free Fridays and http://freefridays.ca, so it appears General Mills is doing the Free Fridays promotion again this summer. Last summer, they were all FPCs. Hopefully this summer is similar to last summer and it isn't all coupons where you have to buy a product to get another product for free like this Old El Paso coupon.

FYI - just to update my last post about them being $2.99 ea at Sobey's.....my DH went this morning to pick some up and he actually paid only $2.49 ea! Didn't say that on the shelf....but when he was rung up they went through at $2.49ea! Now just waiting on the approval of my CO51 claim.....hehehe. I love free!

It was seeing the Save.ca ad in today's Toronto Star that prompted me to see if the coupon was available and yes, it was! Ordered it and three others (one was a printable-buy two VH pouches and get $1 off).
Since the VH pouches can range from $2.99 to $3.--, this coupon is worth the effort (expires July 31.)

Really we need a grocery store there soooo bad but Sobeys why not food basics or no frills or freshco awe well better than nothing
