I kind of have a list of things I need to pick up that I don't usually have coupons for or go on sale. (or at least I haven't found them on sale recently) I am hoping to get a few Wii games but will not be upset if I don't. I can easily think of things to get me to $250.

My formula is on hold at the pharmacy and since you guys helped by letting me know there are no taxes, I'll pick up 2 more off the shelf. I have 8 coupons, 8 cheques and the $10 GC promo card.

KrazE told me about the app Shopping Free from itunes (d/l'd it on my iPhone last night!) And I am IN LOVE WITH IT!!!!

GREAT app - but you gotta play around a little to get the hang of it. Keeps all your list, taxes, quantity & coupons, then you can tap something on your list & is moves it into your shopping cart & calculates whats in your cart!!!!

I just downloaded a free spreadsheet app. it's very basic but that's really all I need to keep track of my list.

wow everyone back east sounds so extreme with there redemtion day, im doin one and want to load up on makeup and perfume for my baskets plus razor blades for my
dh and me, other than that the rest in groceries with coupons. I feel like such a newbie lol.

Ok it's called Shopper Free - you will need to go into it's settings & set the tax rate, also, the default lists on it are useless (to me), so I simply emptied those & did my own list for groceries. There are things that you will want to add of course, but everything can be configured, you just have to play in it.

I have my list all ready to go on it - what I did was added a note to the items that have tax and turned OFF the tax calculation on it - made sure I had $250, then turned the tax calculation back on & noted the difference so I can buy a gift card to cover the tax before I shop.

I also added the link http://www.rev.gov.on.ca/hstmobile/ to safari so I can quickly see what has tax and what doesn't to avoid miscalculations in case I am uncertain about an item.

It's pretty awesome for a free app that's for sure. I'm still not ready to buy the upgraded version as I don't think I will have a use for the barcode scanner at all!

Im totally winging it!

I can do 3 redemptions. Only doing one for sure, we'll see whats left after the 1.

I'm after 2 items, thats $160. Will toss in whatever appeals to me at the time.

I have a feeling there won't be many shopping like me. But I'm done xmas shopping and we really don't "NEED" anything.

Hi there - what app do you use for this? I've checked out some "couponing" apps and haven't really found any that are user friendly. I don't have any spreadsheet apps installed at the moment, but am thinking it may be worth getting one for stuff like this. Thoughts?
