I'm pretty happy with it too. I spent a couple hours doing research to find exactly what I wanted an app to do for me, and there was one out there!

I have my list all ready to go on it - what I did was added a note to the items that have tax and turned OFF the tax calculation on it - made sure I had $250, then turned the tax calculation back on & noted the difference so I can buy a gift card to cover the tax before I shop.!

Click on settings (it looks like a little gear), in that screen, look for Calculate Taxes - turn it on & roll the little dial to the tax percentage.
When you are making your list - in the screen where you add the info (unit price etc) you will then see the option to turn on the tax calculation for that specific entry.

KrazE told me about the app Shopping Free from itunes (d/l'd it on my iPhone last night!) And I am IN LOVE WITH IT!!!!

GREAT app - but you gotta play around a little to get the hang of it. Keeps all your list, taxes, quantity & coupons, then you can tap something on your list & is moves it into your shopping cart & calculates whats in your cart!!!!

I've seen the BC and ON flyer posted, has anyone seen the AB flyer posted yet? I need to plan ahead... I'm going to have to sneak out between my kids races on Saturday and try to do a quick shop... if that's possible on Mega Redemption day!! (our days start at 5:30 AM and go until 9 PM, 4 days in a row!)

Just an FYI for anyone getting the app - I did some more reading & paying for it to get the barcode scanner is not useful as it will only work for US products - keep the free version!
