The brown sugar chicken is good but steak might be better to use... I find chicken gets kind of funny in the slow cooker. You have to be careful not to over cook it.

I've read that some people have had the can explode though... I guess you have to make sure the water covers it. It would be just my luck it would explode

On the way home today from I stop at the restaurant Ruth's Chris Steak House .... Before I got sat down, I asked to see the menu since I never been there before. Steak minimum price was $47.50 ... I had a mini heart attack!!! I bet their meat is good that's why it's expensive but I would never want to pay that much for a steak on myself

Oooh, I have a recipe from that Ruth's Chris restaurant! Sweet potato casserole... it is THE BEST one I have ever made and I make it every year for Christmas
