Hello! I've been lurking on Smart Canucks for quite a while.. just found this board yesterday. I am not in Edmonton, but a few hours away. Come to Edmonton quite regularly to shop though

Questions about stacking - If a coupon says Limit one coupon per purchase, does that mean you can stack another different coupon with it? I am still confused by all the wording...
I'll be going to Jasper Gates LD and Mayfield SOF. Anything special I should know in advance?
Thanks so much! I look forward to posting here more often

What Types of Coupons Can You Stack?
You can stack coupons from newspaper inserts, online coupons, manufacturer coupons that are mailed to your home and even coupons that can be printed from the internet. There are many coupons that you can stack to lower the price of the items.
What are the ‘Coupon Stacking Rules’?
The coupon stacking rules have recently changed – not because of London Drugs, but because of the retailers issuing coupons. Now, there are some types of coupons, like the new Online Brandsaver coupons, that state no more than one coupon can be used towards one product. Since London Drugs follows the fine print for these coupons, these coupons cannot be stacked. In addition, customers are unable to stack coupons that say ‘cannot be combined with any other coupon offer’. Coupons that are being stacked must be different. If you have two of the same dollar off coupons, they cannot be used – However, If you have a dollar off coupon from the newspaper, a different coupon from the newspaper for $2 off and another $1 off coupon from an online source, you can stack these coupons and save $4 off of the item that you are purchasing. It’s easier to go to Customer Service while stacking and ensure that you are courteous to the cashier while using coupons. At Customer Service, the representative has the ability to override the limits and make the coupon shopping easier, too.
Planning Your Shopping Trip
When shopping, you should have a look through the flyer to see what’s on sale. As well, London Drugs have a handy tool that can enable you to search through the various stock and items through a simple search (you can search by product name) to find the current price. Using this information, you are able to plan the shopping trip. Get the stacks together and use paper clips to secure each stack together. This way, you can compare and know the price of the item to predict how much you are going to pay and how much that you are going to save while shopping.
Price Matching
You can price match items at London Drugs, but you should keep in mind that most stores will only allow you to price match one item. This means that you can price match and use coupons for the item, stacking coupons. This is so that the shelves aren’t cleared in the stores. Though you might be tempted to price match, London Drugs often has good sales if you wait for the sale cycle.
Limits While Shopping
There is a limit imposed of four like coupons per item (which means four of the same coupon) and also a limit of four items of the same that can be purchased at one time while shopping at London Drugs. Taking into account these limits and planning shorter shopping trips for London Drugs stacking trips, rather than larger trips, can be a great way to shop and make it easier to get in and out of the store.

If you are not sure, just ask the customer service before start shopping, most CS at LD are very nice about coupons.
