It's summer!!!! As a kid, "The Parent Trap" and "My Girl" always got me into the summer mood.

Ferris Bueller's Day Off-just the idea of being a teen enjoying a fun summer day with friends (at the mall or maybe a daytrip). Never did any sleepovers or camping or such. The CNE remains a great summer memory-the first time I took the GO train with high school friend. That set me up for future visits to the EX as well as trips to Toronto downtown.
Pretty in Pink-not my experience of high school except that school cliques thing were very real. John Hughes had the pulse of teens!
I'm sure there are a few international films that capture summer.
