Yes, transactions are back but balances are still not updated. Call to Optimum confirmed this.
Just fyi, have done several new transactions since the glitch and all points except one coupon (500 pts wub X) have shown up and are part of my balance - and optimum cs added them right away.
It's your balance total you have to check at this point, as rockco mentions above.

Check your accounts to see if the points are back. My account received adjusted points from online beauty boutique purchase a couple of days ago (that was a sizeable number- over 50K and was making me nervous- I didn't even open the stuff I ordered till I received my points thinking I might have to return it if points are not credited) and my SO's account received his missing points today. My aunt also received her in-store purchase points from that period today. They appear as adjustments in the Transaction History and have been added to the points balance as well.
My beauty boutique points got added as "Customer Service Adjustment CSR" and my SO's account received a "Campaign Adjustment CMP"
There will be two lines with the same points in the transaction history- 1) the original transaction 2) adjustment.
So relieved and happy now :cheesygrin: I'd stopped going to Shoppers since my points went missing.
I mean I knew I would receive the points eventually considering how many people were affected but it is almost like some of my bank balance was missing!!
Same here. 2 lines in transaction history. One is the original transaction stating hiw many points I earned. And then CS adjustment awarding those lost points from previous transaction.
looks like instead of developing a code to award points they did the adjustments on all accounts manually. Lol.

I got my missing points yesterday. Its in my transaction history-adjustment promo. I did nothing, just waited

Yes it looks like it was done manually and that the person who did mine can not add. 19,260 and 10,200 does not total 29,420.... But for 40 points it's not worth calling. I'm sure they are tired of looking at numbers.

My points are back since friday night. I'm happy everything is fine now :)
All our accounts are fixed.
Shoppers also removed the message (confirming the problem) from their web page. Therefore, if you account is not fixed, it's probably best to contact them at this time.
