    I updated the app on my iphone this morning. The points total is no longer acurate and when I look at transactions, it no longer shows the last 2 shops (Sunday and Mondays) and the points accumualted those days. On the plus side, it finally has the flyer on it, which is awesome since my neighbourhood no longer gets flyers at the door.

    Anybody else notice this? I assume tht my points are safe, but pulled my reciepts out of the recycling bin just in case.

    That's not just an app thing, I looked online and my transactions from yesterday aren't showing up either.

    Same with me - missing the points from my last transaction, including the points added afterward by CS when the coupon code didn't work. Saw it online, not via the app.

    Thanks everyone, for posting. I was stressed seeing this but feel better knowing there must be some kind of problem. If the thread title read "Missing points" maybe we would hear even more cases of this happening.

    And I dug my receipts out also!

    I'll be calling if it's not corrected automatically.

    If anyone has more details on this, please post here!

    I just checked online and I'm missing points that I had to call in to get when the coupon code didn't work. Also no transactions in the transaction history since July 27 and I know I've shopped after that. Now I have to go looking for my receipt again.

    I also have 2 transactions not showing anymore (despite that they were there Monday afternoon when I last checked). The points are missing too obviously! I don't know if I should call or wait that it get sorted out?

    looks like it an ongoing problem...

    actually I just called and the automatic message says ''We are currently experiencing higher than usual call volume as a result of some technical issues."


    Edit: if anyone get to speak to someone, please let us know

    Yes, July 27th is the last one that shows for me also.

    Hey Everyone,

    I've been trying to reach them on and off for about 90 min. Always get a busy signal except once i got the recording, but when i chose my language, I got disconnected.

    I figure they must be getting slammed with calls over this.

    At this point all I'm thinking is:

    WHO didn't lost points/transactions?

    They must be flooded with calls and emails.

    I am missing shops from 8/11 and 8/14 but I have a shop on record from 8/6 and 8/16 so a very narrow window missing for me.

    I am +50k points though because one of my missing transactions was a redemption. So I am temporarily rich. lol I think I am the only one that hopes that they will be unable to fix this!

    I lost 16k+ points. One was 3850 points and the other was 12500 points.

    Still no luck.

    Maybe they disconnected the phones after so many calls until the problem is fixed
