I got mine last week and tried it the other day. Biolage makes great products but I found this particular shampoo and conditioner horrible.

I agree! this shampoo and conditioner were one of the worst I've ever used...my hair looked fried and dry, stripped of all it's moisture, horrible horrible product, not natural at all.

I`m pretty surprised as Matrix is hair salon grade (Well, was long ago when I first heard of it)
Hopefully the Redken samples will be nicer.
