Hi everyone!

My name is Jennifer and I am a new couponer in Halifax. I just started about a month ago, so I am trying to build up some coupons. Having trouble with finding inserts, but found a lot of great stuff online. As with everyone else I am looking to cut down my grocery budget.

Love this website and the tips I have learned so far by searching around...thanks to the creators of this site, it is awesome!!

Anyone with tips and tricks in Nova Scotia...or anywhere else really, please feel free to pass along and I will do the same...as I learn them

Welcome to SmartCanucks My tip would be to know your prices, watch for sales, and use your coupons when it hits that low sale price. Other than that it's just a matter of finding the coupons for the items you want. I have found trading very helpful and lots of people like coupon trains. To get you started, I'll send you some coupons (will pm you).
