Thanks Ladybug! It worked for me (I am a tangerine customer, but I didn't have to log into anything from your link.)

Side note for anyone wanting to use the Kindle App: Once I downloaded the Kindle App version of the book, I had to email the download to my kindle email address (which you can find in the settings of the App) for it to show up in my app on my phone.
