    In Quebec if the total prize amount is less than 2000$ you don't have to do any paper work, with the exception of clause 5 and 6 but only if the prize is worth more than 100$.

    So if it is worth less than 100$ there are no problems for quebec

    Thank you very much for the info. I really had no idea, but I still hope Quebec laws would change one day. Anyway, the good news I have now opened the giveaway to my fellow QC'ers as well!
