Hi all, looking for some help as I am not sure how everything works with the program.

I see in the Ontario flyer there is a laptop for $349 where you can get a $50 gift card and 20x points which would be 70,000 points. So in theory with the $50 gift card and 70,000 points which is worth over $100 it would make a good deal on the laptop. What I am wondering is if I redeemed 95,000 points to get $170 off the laptop would I still get the 20x the points on the whole $349 (70,000 points) or would I only get the 20x on $179 (35,800 points)?

I am sort of on the fence about getting the laptop as it is not a big need but I have the points to do a redemption and if I got 70,000 back plus the gift card it would be a good deal. If I only got 35,800 back I will probably not bother.
