Kids are expensive :) I want to really have a frugal 2019 too and put extra in RRSP. We can do this Giseledta!
Bit of a budget clean up today.
Paid the internet bill that is due mid December.
Put $125 in the account for DS for driving school/car etc. for Fall 2020
Put $50 in the boys clothing account (then the money is there when I buy them clothes)
Put extra on my MasterCard to build up the credit to cover weekend away/groceries/Christmas shopping.
End of month budget clean up.
Credit card paid in full with a credit to cover gas fill up, groceries and Christmas gifts.
PC Points are at $530 (will redeem for groceries this weekend.. probably $30 worth as we only need fresh stuff)
I have a few returns to do. CT and Costco. Both will be refunded on credit card.
to buy a lot more thrift clothing in the new year for hubby and I
a few weeks back got hubby a brand new belt for 10.99-30%=7.69 cant buy a new belt for that price
I just got a brand new Jessica 3/4 grey top for winter with a design for 8.99-30% as I had a donation card filled =6.29
where do you get a new long sleeve top for 6.29 nowhere okay maybe for a bit more Walmart
and try to look for sales always on groceries and stock up a bit -haven't been doing that since there is just the 2 of us
I'm totally looking forward to a frugal 2019 (added a trip to Jamaica for the family but we will make it work!) Making sure we are going into the new year with credits on all household bills and credit cards. Just need to wrap up Christmas shopping and see where we stand but as of this minute all is looking good.
