Anyone else still having problems with Stouffers PIN codes in their rewards account still being missing?

Mine has been fixed, or at least it was yesterday when I last logged in.

Mine is fine, I was lucky and never did have any problems.

Mine has been wiped out totally. Just signed in and all my 9 pins are missing. I emailed them to ask what is going on.

OMG I thought I was the only one and I have been freaking out for a week. All my points disappeared last weekend. I called them and they are being investigated. I had 19 and went in to add my last one for the $10 card and it said I had 0. Two days later I had two and I hadnt added any since they went missing. My brothers account somehow has 8 and he hasnt added any so somethings fishy.
Sorry to say but I am glad I am not the only one. This means there is a glitch and not that I goofed somewhere, lol. I am hopefull this will all be resolved soon.

Mine are still gone. I emailed maybe 2 weeks ago and they emailed me back saying they knew that there were some problems and would be fixing them but I'm still missing 7 pins.

I called again and they know there is a problem.They are re-escalating my problem.She is supposed to call back in less than 3-5 days but that is what the lady I talked to last week said and no one called back.

Has anyone had their Stouffers pins restored as yet? Mine are still missing and everytime I call in they keep telling me someone is working on it.
