A home care nurse came by just before lunch - did my standard check up with the not so great news that my lungs are crackling at the back, which means I have fluid build up. This happens because of the congestive heart failure, so now I have to be really careful to try reduce it, before it turns into something else.
I have no swelling of they legs, which is usually the first sign of bigger trouble, so that is a definite positive. So I must reduce my stress, try to cough, increase my water intake, keep as active as I am able.
I def hope this can be nipped in the bud!

My computer froze up last night and sent me into a panic as I had some finishing to do for my wedding this weekend.
The Amazing Race features a visit to Kitchener Waterloo tonight, so they are having an outdoor viewing tonight but I am not going. Too much to do. And I am tired..
Early trip to Hamilton tomorrow with both brothers to see a Balance specialist for BrotherR.
It will be good to have our whole "birth family" together- it doesn't happen often.
So, out with Tootie and then working on my computer.
