Hi folks! The wedding went wonderfully well but my throat started feeling scratchy and now my ears and chest are involved. Poopy! My BrotherB is under the weather too. Time to relax.
So I am cancelling going to the meeting today and will just putter and binge watch some TV.
Don't know if we got frost last night, but they were calling for it.
There is so much I could be doing today, but I need to chill.

@avoncallingu , I'm pretty darn sure that those things will be waiting for you when you're feeling better. My scratchy throat started a day or two before my trip, then turned into a sore throat on the plane and the next day there, and I'm still fighting the resulting cough. So you may be in for a nice long rest. :redface: which may do you a world of good.
How's your pre-diabetic diet going? Did you meet with a nutritionist?
The kids attended a memorial service for a friend's Father, then they're going out for dinner with friends so we've had our GS here. I'm making his favourite spaghetti and my meatballs, but instead of baking or frying them, I've put them into lots of sauce to cook into nice moist meatballs. I used to always do it this way, not sure when that changed.
I hope everyone is having a productive and/or relaxing day.

Had a decent sleep overall, once I could settle in.
Some burning pain on the blister site, but not horrid. The nurse did put some sort of med right over it before bandaging it all up. Will have to wait until next visit Tuesday to see what is up. I am just scared of infection, that happens to me very easily. Last time I had blisters they healed well on their own, but this massive one is a different beast.
