Happy Wednesday, hope it is going well for y'all!
Somehow we ended up getting a -34 wind-chill today, after a week of above average temps - supposed to be way better tomorrow.
Nurse yesterday came to rewrap my leg - finally, that last blister is closed, now it just has to dry out and fall off. No more silver stuff, so much, much less pain, yay! It just feels tender where the wound is.
Yesterday really was yucky for me. What really saved it was Milan coming over in the evening! I couldn't eat much, but sure enjoyed all the talking - solving the world's problems, you know! I am just so very grateful that he is the man he is!
Today, I am running at about 50%. Better than yesterday yucky feeling wise, but more pain. Gah, can never win!

Today was a pretty good day. Graduation at my mental health group. Got a good haircut and Beard trim. Did ddpy fat burner and walked a bit. Lunch and dinner were ok. Had a coupon for a $7.50 foot long sub at subway so I had their plant based beyond meatball sub. Dinner I had the tofurkey plant based roast with raw veggies, mashed potatoes and vegan gravy.

Off to bed but spin class at noon thurs. Then laundry at my aunts plus I’m bringing my mat with me there to do a couple different 20 min workouts. I hope everyone has a good Thur. Anyway today in my group thing. The facilitators of the group said they could tell how happy I was happy my progress and all my ddpy etc lol. Yeah I guess I just don’t shut up haha. :)

New compression gear for the gym. A little tight but of course it’s compression lol. Hope everyone is having a good day. @Lynn49 crazy snow here yesterday when early In the day it was clear lol. Hope you guys didn’t have a bunch of snow like us. ;)
